Perflame Return & Replacement Policy

Return Policy
If you wish to return your order, the refund will be processed as follows:

• 4% of the actual product amount will be deducted as a payment processing fee.
  
• Rs. 300 delivery charges will also be deducted.
  
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining refund amount will be transferred to your account within 24 hours.
  Replacement Policy
  
• If you are not satisfied with the fragrance you received, you can request a replacement.
  Replacement Process:
  
• We will dispatch your new perfume first.
  
• When our rider arrives with the new product, simply hand over the perfume you want to return.
  
• You only need to pay Rs. 600 for the two-way delivery service.
  
• This Rs. 600 is only for delivery charges and is not a fee charged by Perflame.
